It is within walking distance to re­stau­rants, shops, and the harbor, and just a short drive away from the im­pres­si­ve­ly beautiful Sønder­strand beach.

Welcome inside
The 190 m² summer house features an excellent layout for eight people. Spread over two floors, there are four bedrooms and two bathrooms available, making it ideal for two families to stay together if desired. On the ground floor, there is a practical utility room with a washing machine and dryer alongside a nice and well-equipped kitchen, from which there is an open con­nection to a lovely living room with a wood stove, heat pump, and a large dining table. The bright living area also includes a com­fortab­le sofa ar­ran­ge­ment where you can relax with knitting, board games, or movies on the flat-screen TV. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is more space for play and re­laxa­tion in the first-floor lounge.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, there are several lovely seating areas to choose from. From the first-floor lounge, you have direct access to a covered balcony, and from the ground floor, it’s easy to step out onto the house's sunlit terrace area. Part of the terrace is covered and has glass walls, creating an almost sunroom-like at­mosp­he­re, while also providing shelter from the wind and privacy from the other enclosed terrace areas. There is a garage for your car, and the gas grill, table tennis table, and large lawn all con­tri­bu­te to ensuring you can enjoy fun and relaxing outdoor living here at Dros­sel­vej 1.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the summer house, you have easy access to practical es­sen­ti­als, good dining options, and fun acti­vi­ties in Havneby. A year-round grocery store is just a few hundred meters away, and you can also walk to the town’s fish shop if you’d like fresh fish or smoked Rømø shrimps on the menu at home in the summer house. If you want to rent bicycles, play golf, or visit a wellness center, it’s all possible here in town, and from the harbor, you can take the ferry for a pleasant excursion to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt. Sønder­strand and Vråby tree plan­ta­tion are among the local natural gems, and you will, of course, have plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to enjoy the Wadden Sea, which holds a sig­ni­fi­cant place on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
