Inside this beautiful and well-main­tai­ned summer house, you have a generous 120 m² of space to spread out. With all this space, you also have the op­portu­ni­ty to invite extended family or friends on vacation, as the house offers three bedrooms and an annex that can ac­com­moda­te a total of eight guests. Everyone can gather in the large living area, where the kitchen and living room are open to each other. In true summer house style, there are high ceilings and light wood trims on the walls, and the room’s large windows ensure that you can enjoy the daylight and the scenic sur­ro­un­dings of the summer house area while relaxing in the sofa area near the wood stove. If you really need to unwind, it’s recom­men­ded to prepare for a wellness evening in the bathroom, which is beau­ti­ful­ly designed with a spa bath and a large sauna.

Enjoy life outside
Cozy moments can also take place outside, where you have several terraces to choose from when you want to grill or take a nap in the sun. One of the terrace areas is com­ple­te­ly enclosed, which is nice if you have a dog with you on vacation. For the youngest family members, there are swings and a sandbox on the property, which also has plenty of space for playing on the grassy area.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the summer house, you have easy access to Lakolk Beach – whether you stroll through the dunes or drive to the water’s edge. Lakolk is con­si­de­red one of Europe’s widest sandy beaches, so there is plenty of room to run, play, fly kites, and even ride horses at the water’s edge. A swim in the North Sea is, of course, also recom­men­ded, and there is an area on the beach for windsur­fing. In the nearby Lakolk Shopping Center, you can shop, buy groceries, and enjoy a good meal – and there are many more great dining options around Rømø.
