Welcome inside
The 149 m² modern summer house presents itself elegantly on the large natural plot. The facade is beau­ti­ful­ly dark, while the interior of the house is bright: large glass sections ensure de­light­ful natural light and views of the green foliage on the plot, and skylights optimize the light entry. One feature that sets this house apart is the exquisite choice of materials – from the wooden slats on the ceiling to the rustic brick walls and beautiful tiled floors. No­tewort­hy is the corner fireplace, which allows you to enjoy the glow from the fire from both the kitchen and living room. The two rooms are open to each other, forming a wonderful living area. An entrance with laundry fa­ci­li­ties, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms, are also included in the layout, one of which is separate from the others. Both bathrooms are of high quality – one has a double shower, and the other is equipped with a hot tub and sauna – making it a wonderful holiday home for up to eight people.

Enjoy life outside
Holiday life also unfolds in beautiful settings on the 2.500 m² natural plot. All bedrooms have their own garden door, making it easy to step outside to enjoy the sun on the terraces or take a shower under the outdoor shower. For the children, there is a sandpit and swings, and the lawn invites play and ball games in a secluded en­viron­ment.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The small road, Strand­ska­den, is located in the scenic Sønder­strand area in the sout­hwestern part of Rømø. From the summer house, you are within walking distance to the Vråby tree plan­ta­tion and the Stormen­ge­ne bird reserve, which beau­ti­ful­ly faces the Wadden Sea. You can also stroll to Sønder­strand Beach itself, where you can be impressed by the wide expanses of white sand. Here, you can walk and run – and if you're looking for more exci­te­ment, you can try blo­kar­ting, kite buggying, and other kind of wind sports. You can also take a dip in the North Sea, and if you feel like an indoor swim, you can drive to the mainland, where you have free access to the Skærbæk Swimming Pool. Shopping can easily be done in nearby Havneby, where you can also dine out, rent bicycles, play golf, and much more.
