This well-maintained summer house is beautifully located near Sønderstrand Beach and Vråby tree plantation. On the large natural plot, you will also find an annex, allowing a total of eight holiday guests to settle in comfortably here at Præstekraven 1.

Welcome inside
The many square meters of the summer house are wisely distributed between living areas and bedrooms, as well as practical rooms like a utility room and bathroom. All rooms appear bright and well-kept – including the bedroom in the annex, which is furnished with a double bed. In the main house, there are four additional sleeping quarters: two are equipped with a single bed each, the third features two single beds, and the largest has a double bed. When you want to spend time together indoors, you can gather in the living area, where the kitchen and living room are open to each other. With abundant natural light, a vaulted ceiling, and white-painted wooden paneling on the walls, it’s a bright and airy room, and the wood-burning stove helps enhance the cozy atmosphere. If it’s cold outside, you can also use the heat pump while you enjoy indoor activities like board games, reading mysteries, solving crosswords, and cooking.

Enjoy life outside
A large, elevated terrace extends to the south and west of the summer house, allowing you to move to the annex without getting your feet wet. Part of the terrace is covered if you wish for shelter or shade, and there are many lovely cozy spots to choose from when you want to find a seat in the sun. For the youngest guests, there are sandpit and swings, while family members of all ages can enjoy the grass volleyball court and the plot’s idyllic tranquility.

Get up close to the local attractions
Heather-covered moors, forests, and beaches are all part of the local area in the southern part of Rømø. The coast is not far away if you want to take a closer look at the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. If the weather is right for a swim, you can head to Sønderstrand Beach on the west coast, where you can frolic in the North Sea and play on the kilometer-wide sandy beach. For shopping, you can go to Havneby, which, in addition to a supermarket and a fishmonger, offers a good selection of restaurants, as well as bike rental and a golf club. A lovely outing option is to take the ferry from Havneby to the neighboring island of Sylt, and it’s also a great idea to drive over the dyke to the mainland.

This opens a variety of excursion options.
