In the holiday home, built in 2009, you have a spacious 130 m² to spread out in, and the décor is bright and inviting. The layout includes two bathrooms and four bedrooms, all equipped with com­fortab­le double beds and wardrobes, ensuring that even the last person to choose a bedroom can look forward to a good night’s sleep. One of the bathrooms has a luxurious touch, featuring a bathtub and sauna, while practical con­si­de­ra­tions have been addressed in the entrance, which has a washing machine and dryer as well as ample space for shoes and outerwear. The kitchen and living room are in an open con­nection, creating a lovely large living area where everyone can gather – whether it’s time to cook, play board games at the dining table, or relax on the sofa with your favorite series on TV and a fire in the wood-burning stove.

Enjoy life outside
South of the holiday home lies a large open terrace, which is the perfect spot for sun­bat­hing, grilling, and enjoying the view of the green trees on the natural plot. There is also a covered area, if a rain shower should come along, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors without having to go com­ple­te­ly inside. A small sandbox is ready for the children, and if you arrive in an electric car, there is an option to charge it.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home area of Sønder­strand is both scenic and peaceful, offering you the prospect of lovely walks in the local area. If you have a dog, there’s a dog park in Vråby tee plan­ta­tion, while golfers will ap­pre­ci­a­te being close to Rømø Golf Club. The beach of Sønder­strand is an im­pres­si­ve sight with its open expanses and views of the North Sea, and if you want to try blokart or other fun acti­vi­ties, it’s wonderful to be so close to the broad sandy beach. You can reach the village of Havneby in five minutes by car if you wish to shop or dine at a re­stau­rant.
