The fantastic location in the midst of nature makes this house the perfect place to unwind and enjoy fresh air. It’s also an ideal setting for spending quality time with family and friends. The living area, with its well-thought-out layout, creates a cozy at­mosp­he­re. The house ac­com­moda­tes 4 guests: It features 2 bedrooms and an ad­di­tio­nal room with a sofa bed. There’s also a modern bathroom, a sauna, and a welcoming living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen from 2023. The wood-burning stove and heat pump ensure year-round comfort. After long walks on the beach, the sauna offers a relaxing retreat.

Enjoy life outside
Around the summer house, a lovely wooden terrace spreads out, providing several seating areas to choose from when you want to relax outdoors. The best views of the open landscape and the lake are on the east side of the house, while the south-facing terrace area is sunny for a large part of the day. There's ample parking space on the gravel surface, and for the youngest family members, there are swings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
No matter the season, it's de­light­ful to be so close to Lakolk Beach, as the view of the North Sea and the in­cre­di­bly wide sandy beach is a beautiful sight in any weather. You may prefer to stroll down, but it's also possible to drive directly onto the beach – and your mode of transport can even be a horse, as several riding centers on Rømø offer horseback rides along the beach. On sunny summer days, don’t miss a dip in Lakolk's child-friendly bathing waters. If the weather calls for an indoor swimming trip, you can drive over the Rømø Dam to the mainland, where you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
