The summer house is spe­ci­fi­cal­ly a lovely and classic wooden building from 1957, which was last renovated in 2018. As part of the update, new beds and furniture were added in the well-appointed rooms, and the kitchen was replaced with a nice and modern model. Light wooden trim on the walls and a beautiful wooden floor con­tri­bu­te to the excellent at­mosp­he­re – not just in the living room, where the afore­men­tio­ned kitchen is in­te­gra­ted, but also in the two bedrooms and the entrance hall, which is equipped with a washing machine. Even your morning shower will take place in bright and inviting sur­ro­un­dings in the bathroom.

Enjoy life outside
To the south of the summer house lies a de­light­ful wooden terrace, and thanks to its ori­en­ta­tion and the enclosing fence, it is a wonderful place to enjoy peaceful vacation days with barbecue dinners, sun­bat­hing, and pure re­laxa­tion in the garden furniture. You can also lounge around or play on the lawn of the 1,247 m² large plot, which also offers a carport for your car.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The plot is nicely set back on a small, closed cul-de-sac that leads up to a protected nature area. Lakolk Lake is nearby, and Lakolk Beach, which is a beautiful and in­cre­di­bly wide sandy beach with lovely bathing water for both young and old, is not far away either. Unless you prefer to stroll, you can pack towels and picnic baskets in the car and drive right down to the beach, which also features an area for windsur­fing. If you want to shop, go to a café, or buy in­gre­di­ents for dinner, you can stay in the local area, as eve­ryt­hing can be found in Lakolk Shopping Center. Otherwise, you can go on outings by car, bike, or on foot to explore Rømø's charming roads and beautiful nature. If you are golfers, it is par­ti­cu­lar­ly recom­men­ded to visit Rømø Golf Club, whose beautiful 18-hole links course extends down to the Wadden Sea. The Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and if you would like to take a closer look at the unique tidal area, it is recom­men­ded to go on an oyster tour or other guided excur­sions.
