Luxury wooden summer house with a view of Lakolk Lake

This luxurious summer house is beau­ti­ful­ly located at the end of a small cul-de-sac: To the east, you have a view of Lakolk Lake, and to the west lies the lovely Lakolk Beach just a few hundred meters away – and right by the house, you have access to fun play fa­ci­li­ties.

Welcome inside
Comfort and quality are key words for the summer house, which measures a total of 113 m². The suc­ces­sful layout includes four good bedrooms with space for a total of eight people. When you have a large group together, it’s nice that there are two bathrooms in the summer house – and here, you can even enjoy the sauna and the beautiful corner hot tub. If re­laxa­tion is on the holiday agenda, you can al­ter­na­ti­ve­ly gather in the living room, where it's wonderful to lounge in the sofa area or come together for a good meal prepared in the well-equipped kitchen area. A wood-burning stove is ready to enhance the coziness and warmth – and the heat pump ensures that the house is suitable for year-round use.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, you can enjoy holiday life on the lovely terrace area that spreads around the summer house. Espe­ci­al­ly to the east, the view is excellent, as you can admire the open view over Lakolk Lake from here. The fence shields the terrace on several sides, and there is also a covered area if you seek shelter or shade. On the other hand, if you’re in the mood for fun and movement, you can enjoy the play area with a tram­po­li­ne, swing set, slide, and beach vol­ley­ball court, which you share with the neig­h­bor­ing summer house Lakolk 201.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you don’t spend all your sunny hours on the terrace or beach vol­ley­ball court, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to get out into Rømø’s beautiful nature and enjoy the weather. A great option is to pack your swimwear and head to Lakolk Beach, which is within walking distance. Year-round, it’s wonderful to hike along the coast or play on the in­cre­di­bly wide sandy beach, and in addition to swimming in the North Sea, you can also go windsur­fing. You will find shopping fa­ci­li­ties and places to eat at the local Lakolk Shopping Center – and once you’ve refueled with a good meal, you can set out on excur­sions around Rømø. If you want to play golf or mini-golf, op­portu­ni­ties abound, and a forest trip in Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion or a visit to the Kommandørgården museum is also recom­men­ded. You can also take a drive to the mainland, where, as guests of the summer house, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
