Welcome inside
“Rendez-vous,” as the summer house is called, features a black-painted, rustic wooden facade and white window shutters nestled in the green garden. In other words, it charms you right from the arrival, and once you step inside, you can feel the warm and friendly at­mosp­he­re of the summer house. There are light wood trims on the walls, and a lovely Morsø wood stove certainly enhances the cozy ambiance in the living room. If it’s cold outside, you can also make use of the heat pump while relaxing in the sofa area or enjoying a nice meal around the dining table. You can prepare your vacation meals in the neat and well-equipped kitchen that is open to the living room. The floor plan also includes a bathroom equipped with a glass shower niche, washing machine, and dryer, and finally, there are two bedrooms that received new beds during the latest renova­tion project in 2017.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoor living can un­doub­ted­ly be spent on the lovely terraces located around the summer house. If you need shelter or shade, you can settle on the covered terrace areas, and there is also an enclosed area where your dog can roam freely without wandering onto the road. If you have small children on vacation, it’s nice that there are swings and a sandbox on the 937 m² plot.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
When you vacation in Lakolk, you are close to beautiful nature, open expanses, and lovely bathing water – and also near shopping, shopping op­portu­ni­ties, and delicious food at Lakolk Shopping Center. A protected nature area lies to the east of the vacation home area, and a few hundred meters to the west is the mag­ni­fi­cent Lakolk Beach. It is allowed to drive all the way down to the wide sandy beach – but if you prefer to walk, you can choose to enjoy the sun and summer life in one of the beach's car-free areas. The West Coast is a wonderful place for swimming, and there are also op­portu­ni­ties for windsur­fing if that tempts you. If you feel like an indoor swimming trip instead, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret as vacation guests. The drive into Skærbæk on the mainland takes about 20 minutes – and the trip over the Rømø Dam is an ex­pe­ri­en­ce in itself, as you can gaze far out over the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
