At­tra­cti­ve summer house with a spa, sauna, and lovely sun terraces

Outdoors, the holiday con­di­tions are also excellent, as there are lovely sun terraces, fun play fa­ci­li­ties, and a short distance to Lakolk Beach.

Welcome inside
The summer house was built in 2001 and has been lovingly main­tai­ned since. You have a total of 113 m² to spread out indoors, where a large living area with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen serves as a central gathering point. The kitchen area is spacious and well-equipped, allowing multiple cooks to prepare delicious meals together. The finished dishes can easily be served at the dining table – and if it’s cool outside, you can light the wood-burning stove to make your dinner even cozier. Watching a good movie on the new internet te­le­vi­sion and relaxing on the sofa is a wonderful way to end the day, unless you choose to pamper your­sel­ves with a true wellness evening featuring the hot tub and sauna in the two complete bathrooms. When it’s time for bed, you can look forward to a good night’s sleep in the summer house’s four bedrooms.

Enjoy life outside
When the summer sun shines over Rømø, it’s perfect to move your holiday life outdoors. Here, you can enjoy the lovely partially covered terrace area that wraps around several sides of the house. If you don’t want to spend all your time lounging in a sunbed, both big and small can be active in the area you share with the neig­h­bor­ing house Lakolk 199: There is a swing set, slide, and tram­po­li­ne for the youngest guests, while everyone can join in a beach vol­ley­ball match on the de­sig­na­ted court.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The whole family will ap­pre­ci­a­te the location, as it’s wonderful to be close to Lakolk Beach. It’s just a few hundred meters to the wide sandy beach, which offers great swimming waters and plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for playing, running, hiking, windsur­fing, and even horseback riding along the shore. If you feel like having an ice cream, a good meal, or going shopping, Lakolk Shopping Center is nearby. Here, you can also shop at the su­per­mar­ket – unless you use the grocery trip as an op­portu­ni­ty to explore Rømø by visiting the island’s bakeries, butcher shops, and fish markets. By car, it’s also recom­men­ded to take a drive over the Rømø Dam to the mainland, as you, as holiday guests at the summer house, have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
