Welcome inside
The summer house is a classic building with a red wooden facade and white frames around the large windows. The size of the windows is an important detail, as they provide a good influx of light indoors – espe­ci­al­ly in the house’s living area, where the kitchen and living room are open to each other. In the center of the living room, the wood stove is ready to spread warmth and coziness if it’s cool outside, and there is also a heat pump in the house. In addition to the living area, the layout features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, pra­cti­cal­ly di­stri­bu­ted in two sections. One of the bathrooms is beau­ti­ful­ly designed with a spa and sauna, so if the swim in the North Sea was colder than expected, you can treat your­sel­ves to a relaxing wellness ex­pe­ri­en­ce. If you feel like picking up the pace, you can start a table tennis tour­na­ment in the activity room.

Enjoy life outside
The house is situated on a lovely natural plot, so you are sur­ro­un­ded by marram grass and other typical dune ve­ge­ta­tion while enjoying life on the terrace. The terrace is large and south-facing, offering several seating areas to choose from – including a pocket that offers shelter between the wings of the house. There is plenty of space on the property to park your car, and for the children, there is a sandbox and swing set.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The location is perfect if you want to be close to the beach. It’s only 200 meters away – you just need to stroll down to the end of your own closed road and follow the path for a short distance. However, Lakolk Beach is a kilometer wide, so you will have to walk a bit before reaching the water’s edge. Therefore, it’s also possible to drive when you just want a quick dip or if you want to bring beach chairs, games, and a big picnic. Close to the house is Lakolk Shopping Center, which offers a good selection of shops and cafés. You can also do your daily shopping here, so there’s no need to drive over the dam to the mainland. Or there is actually one good reason, as guests in the summer house, you have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
