Welcome inside
With a red wooden facade and white window frames, the house can aptly be called a modern re­in­ter­pre­ta­tion of a classic Danish summer house. Inside, there are high ceilings, wonderful natural light, and a spacious 150 m² to enjoy, with fur­nis­hin­gs that clearly indicate that this is a high-quality modern holiday home. The house’s four bedrooms are evenly di­stri­bu­ted across both levels, and this is also where you will find the two bathrooms. One features a sauna, while the other has a spa bath, allowing you to easily in­cor­pora­te a wellness session or two into your holiday plans. A spacious entrance with laundry fa­ci­li­ties is also part of the layout, and finally, there is the heart of the house, which is a large and lovely living area with a well-equipped kitchen, wood stove, flat-screen TV with Chro­mecast, and other de­light­ful details.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room and all the bedrooms, you have direct access to the 220 m² terrace area that wraps around the summer house. Some parts are covered, while other terrace areas are open, so there is a great chance that you will find the perfect spot to relax, re­gard­less of the time of day. If you just returned from a day at Lakolk Beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor shower – and of course, it can also be used right from the morning if you prefer to take your shower with a view of heather and the sound of birds from the treetops.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the small, closed road, you can follow a path for a short walk down to the east coast and the Wadden Sea, which holds a pre­sti­gious place on the UNESCO World Heritage list. On foot, you can also venture into Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion and to Spids­b­jerg, where you can admire the beautiful views over Rømø. If you want to explore the island by bike, there are rental options available in Havneby, which also offers a well-stocked su­per­mar­ket as well as several re­stau­rants and shops. On the island's southern coast, you will find Rømø Golf Club, and if you cross the island, you will arrive at Lakolk Beach, which is an in­cre­di­bly beautiful and im­pres­si­ve­ly wide bathing beach.
