Even though there are lots of activity options, you also have plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to unwind in a tranquil vacation pace. The well-main­tai­ned summer house is situated in a marram grass-clad landscape, and when you relax indoors, you have a view of the beautiful sur­ro­un­dings and the vast sky. The house’s inviting living en­viron­ment consists of a kitchen, dining area, and living room in an open layout, featuring soft seating, a wood stove, and a good dining space where you can gather for delicious meals and long con­ver­sa­tions. The layout also includes four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with the afore­men­tio­ned spa bath and a sauna. You can access the activity room from the terrace – making it easy to step outside and get some fresh air if you get warm from the table tennis match.

Enjoy life outside
A large tiled terrace area spreads around several sides of the house. There are therefore multiple seating areas to choose from, so you can assess the sun's position before settling down in a com­fortab­le garden chair. Loungers, a grill, and an umbrella con­tri­bu­te to swe­e­te­ning the outdoor summer life, while the swings and sandbox on the grounds are sure to bring joy to the youngest vacation guests.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located on a small, closed cul-de-sac, and from here, a path leads you directly through the dunes down to the beach. Lakolk is a kilometer-wide sandy beach, so if you're in a leisurely mood, you can also take the car and drive right down close to the water's edge. Many people come to Lakolk for swimming, but there are also op­portu­ni­ties for surfing, flying kites, or even taking horseback rides along the beach. Close to the beach is the Lakolk Shopping Center, where you can shop in specialty stores, buy groceries at the su­per­mar­ket, enjoy ice cream, or find a tasty meal at one of the cafés.
