This cozy wooden summer house is beau­ti­ful­ly situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, quite close to the lovely dune landscape that leads down to Lakolk Beach. In short, it’s a wonderful place to spend your holiday!

Welcome inside
The summer house at­mosp­he­re is top-notch inside the classic wooden structure built in 1958. There is room for a total of five holiday guests, who can spread out in three bedrooms when it’s time for bed. A fun­ctio­nal bathroom is also part of the layout, in addition to the summer house's largest room, which consists of an open-plan living room and kitchen. The social moments, from cooking and meals to board games, cozy chats, and movie nights, will take place here – and during the day, you can even enjoy the beautiful natural light and the view of the green nature plot while relaxing indoors.

Enjoy life outside
The un­du­lat­ing plot measures 1322 m², so there is plenty of space to romp on the lawn sheltered by the rosehip bushes. Around the summer house, there are several cozy seating areas where you can choose to sit right where the sun con­di­tions are best. You might opt for the covered terrace area – it’s a charming spot on a warm summer evening when the dew falls and darkness settles over Rømø.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the summer house, you just need to pass one neighbor before you’re looking out over the open dune landscape that stretches down towards the North Sea. If you want to reach the beach, you can follow the small paths, and after just a few hundred meters, you’ll be at the in­cre­di­bly wide and beautiful Lakolk Beach, which is a lovely swimming beach and a great place for walking, windsur­fing, flying kites, and building sandcast­les. If outdoor acti­vi­ties stimulate your appetite, there are several cozy cafes in Lakolk Shopping Center, where there is also a su­per­mar­ket if you prefer to cook for yourself. After your meal, you might consider whether it’s time for an excursion in Rømø’s beautiful nature – for instance, to Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, the viewpoint Spids­b­jerg, or to the Wadden Sea, the latter of which is even listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
