Welcome inside
You have a total of 135 m² to spread out in this red-painted wooden cottage, which includes four good bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which one is equipped with the afore­men­tio­ned hot tub and sauna. The cottage's focal point is a lovely living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen area, making cooking moments au­to­ma­ti­cal­ly part of the family fun. When the lasagna or other holiday treats are ready to be served, you can settle down at the dining table, and af­terwards, it might be time to watch a good movie in the sitting area. If it’s cold, you can turn up the warmth and coziness by lighting the wood stove, and the heat pump can also be put to use.

Enjoy life outside
The plot measures 2500 m², and thanks to the dense border planting, you can enjoy outdoor life quite privately. The large south-facing tiled terrace is a wonderful place to lean back in a com­fortab­le garden chair, unless you prefer one of the other terrace areas in the garden. On a bright summer evening, it’s perfect to prepare a delicious grilled meal, and while the adults get the coals going, the children can play in the sandbox, swing, or kick a ball on the terrace. There is a lovely, enclosed terrace with access from the living room through a terrace door.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
All is calm and idyllic on the small road Sko­vska­den, which is located in a scenic summer house area. Sønder­strand, con­si­de­red as one of Europe's widest sandy beaches, is con­ve­ni­ent­ly close: Depending on whether it's low or high tide, the beach can be several ki­lo­me­ters wide, so it's nice that there is the option to drive all the way down to the beach if you want to swim in the North Sea. There is also plenty of room on the beach to engage in various forms of wind sports, and for horse ent­hu­si­asts, several of Rømø's riding centers offer beach rides. Birdwat­chers can observe both wading birds and migratory birds at Stormen­ge­ne, which leads directly to the Wadden Sea, a UNESCO World Heritage site. In short, there are plenty of holiday acti­vi­ties and beautiful natural ex­pe­ri­en­ces awaiting you on Rømø – and as an added bonus, as guests of the house, you even have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret on the mainland.
