Not far from the sea you will find this large and exciting holiday home. The house contains a bright living room, cosily furnished with a dining area, large open and fun­ctio­nal kitchen with dis­hwas­her. From the family room there are terrace doors to the fantastic terrace, where there is a cosy corner, space to eat and barbecue. The house offers space for one person in the main house. There are 2 bedrooms and a private bathroom in the out­bu­il­ding, which was built in the same way.

Enjoy life outside
The house is beau­ti­ful­ly situated high up with a great view. Part of the terrace is covered so you can sit here and enjoy yourself even when the weather is not so good. The barbecue allows you to cook outdoors and the whole family can sit and eat the delicious food, both inside and out. There's also a garden for games and play, so the sky's the limit for an un­for­get­tab­le holiday. Of course, you can also charge your electric car right in front of the house.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Holme Strand is located in a beautiful natural area with a view of the 49-metre high excursion desti­na­tion, Jern­hat­ten. At Jern­hat­ten you can find rare plants and ex­pe­ri­en­ce rich wildlife. A walk along the sea by the cliff is a beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ce. The beach is popular with anglers as it's easy to bring a boat and launch it into the water. From Holme Strand it's a short 15-minute drive to Ebeltoft Town, known for its many tourist at­tra­ctions, quirky old houses and cobbled streets. You might want to visit the Old Town Hall, where people come from far and wide to get married. Ree-park is 8 ki­lo­metres from the house, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce wild animals up close. Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, is an hour's drive away with fun rides for both young and old. For those who want to meet the big animals
