With the most fantastic panoramic view to Mols Bjerge, Ebeltoft Vig, Samsø and Tunø, you will find this totally renovated house on three levels. On the ground floor you will find a nice bathroom with shower and access to washing machine and dryer, as well as a double bedroom. This is also where you will find the house's te­le­vi­sion de­part­ment, which is nicely decorated and there is also room for acti­vi­ties for example table football. From here there is access to a very large terrace. On the 1st floor you will find the house's entrance hall with wardrobe space, as well as the really nice and cozy kitchen with dis­hwas­her. This is also where you will find the dining-area, from which there is access to another very large and beautiful terrace with garden furniture and grill. From the kitchen you go up to the next floor which is furnished with four fan­ta­sti­cal­ly beautiful bedrooms; two rooms with double beds and the other two has two single beds. Here you will also find the second and very nice bathroom. There is a cot and a highchair in the house.

Outdoor
The house is secluded on a cozy plot and with the most beautiful view of the water. Here is a nice play area for the children with a large "slide tube"

Location
The area Lyngsbæk Strand is a cozy and popular holiday area, which is located next to Ebeltoft Vig and with a lovely sandy beach. Close by you will find the protected landscape Mols Bjerge, which invites to good nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces and walks. It is about 6 km to Ebeltoft town with the cozy cobbled streets. Here you will also find Det Gamle Rådhus, which is a popular place to get married and where many weddings are held every year. At the harbor is the Glass Museum – leading in modern glass art. Here are also several great re­stau­rants and small shops. In the area you will also find Ree-Park, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce jeep safaris and get close to the wild animals. The house is about a half-hour drive to Kat­te­gat­cen­te­ret in Grenaa and to the Norths largest amusement park, Djurs Som­mer­land.
