This fantastic, elevated pool house is located at one of Ebelt­oft's best addresses and boasts a 180° view over Ebeltoft Vig. The lower floor is dedicated to a wellness area with a 26 m² swimming pool including a counter-current system and slide. There is also a very large whirlpool, a shower and a directly ac­ces­sib­le sauna. Ho­li­day­ma­kers of all ages can look forward to hours of fun and re­laxa­tion. On the upper floor you will find a large living room and an open-plan in­te­gra­ted kitchen. Nothing stands in the way of many hours together. The living room is cosy and furnished to a high standard. The wood-burning stove ensures maximum holiday home at­mosp­he­re. From the kitchen and dining area, you can look down into the pool area and always keep an eye on your children swimming. There are five bedrooms and a large sleeping loft, which is par­ti­cu­lar­ly suitable for children due to the low ceiling height. There is an ad­di­tio­nal TV with parabolic reception in the sleeping loft. The house has two bathrooms and an ad­di­tio­nal shower in the pool room. Both bathrooms have un­der­floor heating.

Enjoy life outside
The holiday home has a large, good-sized terrace with lovely garden furniture and a barbecue. You are gu­a­ran­te­ed to find a nice spot to enjoy the view. The outdoor areas invite you to relax, eat together in the open air and enjoy the morning and evening sun. Your relaxing moments are ac­com­pa­nied by the mag­ni­fi­cent view of the bay. A small path leads you to the water 80 metres away. The sandy beach is just a three-minute walk away.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Handrup Bakker is a beautiful natural area with hilly terrain. The area is con­si­de­red to be very child-friendly and is close to a good beach with shallow water where even the youngest children can splash around and swim. The Mols Bjerge National Park, formed by the last ice age, is within easy reach. The town of Ebeltoft with all its sights, including the old town hall and the glass museum, is just ten minutes away by car. Various shops and eateries await your visit in the charming cobbled streets. The large Djurs Som­mer­land amusement park, the popular Ree Park safari park and the in­te­r­e­sting Kat­te­gat­cen­tret in Grenå, where you can get up close and personal with large sharks, are all around 30 minutes' drive away.
