With its unique location, this beautiful and modern holiday home, which was built in autumn 2018 using high-quality materials, awaits you. The cen­trepi­e­ce of the house is the bright living room, which is elegantly furnished and offers a fantastic view of the water. The stylish kitchen is open-plan to the living room and is fully equipped with modern ap­pli­an­ces that make cooking a real pleasure. The bathrooms are spacious. One of them is equipped with a shower and a whirlpool - perfect for relaxing after a day in the great outdoors. The four spacious bedrooms have double beds, which can be converted into single beds if required. The entire house is equipped with un­der­floor heating, which is powered by a heat pump and ensures a pleasant indoor climate and low energy consump­tion.

Enjoy life outside
Outside, a beautiful natural plot with a bre­ath­taking view of the sea awaits you. Two cosy terraces invite you to enjoy meals together at the barbecue or to drink your morning cup of coffee in peace and quiet. For younger guests, there is a sandpit and a swing for hours of fun. Just 150 metres from the house you will find a beautiful sandy beach with shallow water and sandbanks. Both children and adults who love beach life will get their money's worth here.

Thanks to its proximity to the town of Ebeltoft, you have access to a variety of exciting ex­pe­ri­en­ces. The region is known for its rich bird and animal life and it is a paradise for nature lovers. A visit to the holiday resort ‘Øer Maritime Ferieby’ is wort­hwhi­le to do your daily shopping. The many cycle paths, including a 13-kilometre mountain bike trail, are also waiting to be explored. The charming centre of Ebeltoft can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Here you will find cobbled streets, historic sights such as the old town hall, "Det Gamle Rådhus", and an en­chan­ting at­mosp­he­re. In the summer months, you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce the tra­di­tio­nal singing of the night watchmen at the town hall before they set off on their rounds. For families, the sur­ro­un­ding area offers numerous at­tra­ctions such as the safari park ‘Ree Park’ or the amusement park ‘Djurs Som­mer­land’. With its thrilling rides and Denmark's largest ‘Gyro Swing’ called ‘Tiger’, fun is gu­a­ran­te­ed for young and old.
