Not far from the water, you'll find this large and exciting holiday home with panoramic views. The house contains a bright living room, cosily furnished with a dining area, large open and fun­ctio­nal kitchen. From the family room, there are terrace doors leading out to the fantastic terrace, where there is a cosy corner, space to eat and barbecue. The house has sleeping ar­ran­ge­ments in 4 bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a sauna. There is free firewood for the house's wood-burning stove.

Enjoy life outside
The house is beau­ti­ful­ly situated in a high location with a great view of the island of Hjelm. You have a private staircase from the plot down to the sea. Part of the terrace is covered so you can sit here and enjoy yourself even when the weather is not so good. The barbecue allows you to cook outdoors and the whole family can sit and eat the delicious food, both inside and out. There's also a garden for games and play, so the sky's the limit when it comes to what to do on an un­for­get­tab­le holiday.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Holme Strand is located in a beautiful natural area with a view of the 49-metre-high Jern­hat­ten. At Jern­hat­ten you can find rare plants and ex­pe­ri­en­ce rich wildlife. A walk along the sea by the cliff is a beautiful nature ex­pe­ri­en­ce. The beach is popular with anglers as it's easy to bring a boat and launch it into the water. From Holme Strand it's a short 15-minute drive to Ebeltoft Town, known for its many tourist at­tra­ctions, quirky old houses and cobbled streets. You might want to visit the old town hall, Det Gamle Rådhus, where people come from far and wide to get married. Ree-park is 8 ki­lo­metres from the house, where you can ex­pe­ri­en­ce wild animals up close. Djurs Som­mer­land, the largest amusement park in the Nordic region, is an hour's drive away with fun rides for both young and old. For those who want to meet the big sharks, a visit to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa is a must, just half an hour's drive from the house.
