The holiday home is an architect-designed quality building from 2014, featuring a bright, lovely, and airy layout. As a modern holiday home, it has been con­structed according to the latest energy-efficient re­gu­la­tions, making it very energy-saving – partly thanks to the heat pump that provides fresh, hypo­al­ler­ge­nic air. The 113 m² are thought­ful­ly di­stri­bu­ted among the living area, three bedrooms, and two bathrooms, com­fortably ac­com­modat­ing six people. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third offers two single beds. Both bathrooms have showers and un­der­floor heating, and the largest bathroom even gives you the op­portu­ni­ty to enjoy a soothing wellness moment in the hot tub and sauna. When you want to cozy up together, the living area is the perfect place to meet, where the living room and kitchen are combined.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to the house's sheltered terrace, which faces southwest, making it perfect for soaking up the sun. A covered section features a small outdoor kitchen in the form of a table with a sink, which can be used for grilling, for example. The terrace also has garden furniture and sun loungers available, providing excellent con­di­tions for outdoor living.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Havhusene is a closed area that borders Rømø Golf Club's beautiful links course, so if you are golfers your­sel­ves, it doesn't get much easier. If you prefer to lace up your hiking shoes, it’s easy to get out into nature: for example, you can take the route along the dike that leads down by the water. The Wadden Sea was added to UNESCO’s World Heritage List in 2014, and when you are in the open, mag­ni­fi­cent landscape, it’s easy to un­der­stand why it is hig­hligh­ted as a truly unique natural area. If not all your vacation time is spent on foot, by bike, or horseback in nature, you can also head into Havneby, where you can enjoy the cozy at­mosp­he­re in the square, by the harbor, or at one of the town's great re­stau­rants.
