Quality holiday home with a superb location on the outskirts of Havneby

This holiday home is so beau­ti­ful­ly decorated that you might easily be tempted to spend your entire vacation indoors and on the terrace. However, there are good reasons to venture out into the sur­ro­un­ding area, as the house is con­ve­ni­ent­ly located near Sønder­strand beach, Rømø Golf Club, the Wadden Sea, and the charming town center of Havneby.

Welcome inside
The holiday home is part of the architect-designed complex "Havhusene," created by Ginnerups Tegnestue. The houses share the same simple and har­moni­ous expres­sion but vary in size and layout. This par­ti­cu­lar house features a practical single-level layout, filled with tasteful furniture design and a lovely at­mosp­he­re. The three bedrooms are all equipped with wide double beds, while a fourth, smaller room serves well as an extra cozy nook.
The two bathrooms are also com­fortably furnished: both have un­der­floor heating and shower fa­ci­li­ties, and in the largest one, you can enjoy a sauna and a hot tub. Finally, the living area is a wonderful gathering point, as it includes a sofa area, dining table, and kitchen.

Enjoy life outside
From the kitchen and living room, you can step directly out onto the large terrace, which is equipped with good garden furniture, sun loungers, a grill, and an umbrella. The terrace faces southwest, providing perfect sun con­di­tions for a large part of the day.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The holiday home is very close to Rømø Golf Club's links course, which was built with nature in mind. Here on the island's southern coast, the golf course runs right down to the water, allowing you to enjoy sea views from some of the tee spots. You can also walk along the dike all the way down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site.
Rømø is also known for having Northern Europe's widest sandy beach, and you are located very close to the beach of Sønder­strand, where you can try kite buggying and other forms of wind sailing. If you feel like a bite to eat, you can stroll into Havneby's square or down to the harbor, where it's ideal to order fish from the menu. It is also from Havneby that the ferry departs for the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt if you want to enjoy a pleasant day trip.
