Welcome inside
The holiday home belongs to “Havhusene” – a modern area where all the summer houses share the same aesthetic expres­sion but vary in size and layout. This par­ti­cu­lar example measures 120 well-appointed square meters spread over two floors. The ground floor features an open kitchen-dining area, a bathroom, and a bedroom. On the first floor, there are two ad­di­tio­nal bedrooms and another bathroom, along with a south-facing living room, from which you can gaze far out over the flat landscape. If you can tear your eyes away from the mag­ni­fi­cent views through the windows, you can also ap­pre­ci­a­te the tasteful decor that fits well within the house’s bright and airy spaces. The kitchen area is not only beautiful to look at but is also well-equipped, making it a pleasure to prepare dinner. And of course, the hot tub in the ground floor bathroom deserves a special mention.

Enjoy life outside
From the house, it is easy to step directly outside under the open sky: The first-floor living room has direct access to a large balcony with a beautiful view, while the ground floor's kitchen-dining area is well in­te­gra­ted with a sunny terrace en­viron­ment. Here, you will find a gas grill and com­fortab­le garden furniture available for enjoying a good meal together. If pure re­laxa­tion is on the agenda, you can make use of the outdoor hot tub.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is well situated on the outskirts of Havneby, which offers good shopping options, dining venues, and acti­vi­ties. For example, there is bike rental, and this is also where the ferry departs for Sylt if you want to go on a day trip to the German holiday island. Staying right next to Rømø Golf Club, it is of course also a great op­portu­ni­ty to play a round on the course, which is designed according to tra­di­tio­nal Scottish links courses. You can also put on your walking shoes and hike along the dike down to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. If you feel like visiting the mainland, you can head to Skærbækcentret, where you have free access to the water park.
