To elaborate a bit more, it is an architect-designed building from 2014, part of "Havhusene." The holiday home’s 113 m² are sensibly di­stri­bu­ted between three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living area with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen and living room. Throug­hout, the at­mosp­he­re is bright and inviting, thanks to the tasteful decor and the abundant natural light that streams in through the large windows. Comfort has been con­si­de­red in every room: for example, there are com­fortab­le double beds in the three bedrooms, and the largest bathroom features a spa as a lovely addition to the shower niche. In the living area, it is a pure pleasure to cook in the well-equipped, modern kitchen area, while the sofa corner is a wonderful place to relax and feel the holiday tranqui­li­ty settle in.

Enjoy life outside
From both the kitchen and the living room, there is direct access to the terrace, making it a de­light­ful outdoor extension of the living space. With its southwest-facing position, the terrace is perfectly situated for sunlight, and with fencing and a gate, your private oasis is com­ple­te­ly enclosed. Here you can enjoy life in the loungers, and when dinner time ap­pro­a­ches, you can fire up the grill and set the table.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If one day you prefer to eat out, it’s easy to find something delicious in the neig­h­bor­hood. Very close to the house is Enjoy Resorts and Re­stau­rant “Diget”, where you can savor the food and the panoramic view over the local golf course. The town square and the harbor in Havneby are within walking distance, offering dining options ranging from hot dogs and ice cream to smoked shrimps and fish platters. From the harbor, you can take the ferry to Sylt if you want a day trip to the German holiday island. It is, of course, also a great idea to explore the roads, paths, and beaches of Rømø, part of the Wadden Sea National Park. The Wadden Sea is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site due to its unique nature, allowing you to ex­pe­ri­en­ce this special tidal area up close.
