This fully insulated holiday home is designed with a combined kitchen and living room. The charming and bright kitchen features a built-in oven, induction cooktop, re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer, dis­hwas­her, and toaster. The spacious and light-filled living room has direct access to the terrace, offering a view of the Great Belt and the Great Belt Bridge. The living area includes a wood-burning stove, high ceilings, and excellent natural light from skylights and large windows. There is a com­fortab­le dining area and a cozy sofa corner with soft furniture, as well as a large 65-inch flat-screen TV with a soundbar, Viasat subscrip­tion (Total Package), a satellite dish with German channels, and an Xbox 360 gaming console with Kinect, four con­trol­lers, and a selection of games. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, there is a cozy 12 m² sunroom.

The bathroom is equipped with un­der­floor heating, a shower, a washing machine, and a dryer. The house offers four bedrooms:

An alcove with a double bed

An annex with a single bed (exten­dab­le to a double bed)

The annex also includes a PS4 gaming console with two con­trol­lers. A baby crib and high chair are also available in the house.

The home is heated with a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Free fiber-optic Wi-Fi is available in the holiday home. Final cleaning is mandatory.
