Spacious holiday home in Røsnæs with 4 bedrooms and a spa bath

Welcome inside: The holiday home is designed with a combined kitchen and living room. The bright, open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic stove, microwave, dis­hwas­her, washing machine, and a re­fri­ge­ra­tor with freezer. The living room features access to the terrace, a spacious dining area, com­fortab­le sofas, a wood-burning stove, and a flat-screen TV with Danish channels and satellite (German channels). There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabins and un­der­floor heating; one of the bathrooms also includes a spa bath. The house offers four bedrooms, each with a double bed. Heating is provided by a heat pump, wood-burning stove, and electric heating.

Free wireless internet is available. Final cleaning is mandatory.

Enjoy life outside: The house is situated on a 1,200 m² natural plot with an adjoining terrace, perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings. Outdoor furniture and a grill are available for use.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions: The holiday home is located in the beautiful and historic holiday area "Røsnæs Strand­park" near Sejerø Bay. It is ap­proxi­ma­te­ly 500 meters to the water, with plenty of pathways through green areas. At the water, there is a bathing jetty and excellent fishing op­portu­ni­ties. The nearest grocery store is 3 km away.

The Røsnæs peninsula is located near Ka­lund­borg and is the wester­n­most point of Zealand. The harbor town of Ka­lund­borg, 10 km from Røsnæs, offers a variety of shops, re­stau­rants, and grocery stores. Røsnæs is a stunning, hilly natural area with forests, green hills, fields, lakes, marshes, and many small trails and viewpo­ints. It is also known for its rich wildlife, including diverse animals and birds. Nearby, you’ll find Denmark’s largest vineyard, where you can enjoy guided tours combined with wine tasting.
