The summer house, offering a spacious 137 m² indoors, provides a perfect setting for your holiday. The layout allows for gat­he­rings of up to eight people indoors, with four com­fortab­le bedrooms featuring double beds and wardrobes, along with a large bathroom, a living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen was recently updated in 2022, com­ple­ting a suc­ces­sful mo­der­niza­tion of the summer house. Notably, the beautiful and well-equipped kitchen is open to the living room, creating a de­light­ful gathering space with a vaulted ceiling, a wood stove, and a nice view of the nature plot. You can also enjoy the view while relaxing in the luxurious spa bath located in the bathroom next to a sauna.

Enjoy life outside
It’s wonderful to have both a spa and a sauna in the house—but in the summer, you may prefer to let the sun's rays warm you up on the terrace. The large wooden terrace faces southwest, making it sunny for most of the day. You can also sit at the picnic table on the grassy area of the 2,502 m² nature plot, and if you climb up the small mound that surrounds the plot, you’ll be rewarded with a lovely view over the flat landscape towards Lakolk.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is beau­ti­ful­ly secluded at the end of Mågevej, right next to Bo­lil­mark's stunning natural sur­ro­un­dings. Close to the house, a bike and hiking path leads towards Lakolk, where you can swim in the North Sea and enjoy beach life. You can also venture into Tvismark Plan­ta­tion and walk through the heather to the viewpoint Høstbjerg. Your holiday can also include going on an oyster safari in the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site, or how about a round of golf at Rømø Golf Club or a ferry trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt from Havneby? As a special bonus, you also have free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret, allowing you to take a lovely drive to the mainland to swim, play, and relax.
