You can gaze far over open fields when you stay in this lovely summer house: Although you are several hundred meters from Rømø's southern coast, you can see the ferry in the distance as it sails its regular route toward Sylt behind the dyke.

The ex­cep­tio­nal view and the beautiful natural sur­ro­un­dings are among the many de­light­ful details you can look forward to in the summer house. Built in 2012, it was designed to create a true quality house that will make your Rømø holiday ex­cep­tio­nal­ly com­fortab­le and memorable for years to come. The layout of the summer house can easily and com­fortably ac­com­moda­te a total of ten adults and two small children: the 150 well-appointed square meters include four bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, while the two lofts are furnished with mattres­ses. A guest toilet adds to the bathroom, which plea­sant­ly features a hot tub and sauna. Finally, the summer house's fantastic living area deserves special mention, as the large windows ensure ample light – and the view is par­ti­cu­lar­ly im­pres­si­ve from the south-facing panoramic window. The open kitchen is a joy to cook in, and the stylish fur­nis­hin­gs ensure that you can sit com­fortably in the sofa area and at the dining table. As with the rest of the house, there are tiled floors with un­der­floor heating in the living area – and thanks to the ground-source heating system, heating costs are kept low.

Enjoy life outside
Around the entire house, there are paved areas, and par­ti­cu­lar­ly to the south, it expands into a lovely terrace en­viron­ment. If you need shade or shelter, you can sit in the covered terrace areas – otherwise, it’s wonderful to relax in a sun lounger and enjoy the sun, the holiday peace, and the scenic sur­ro­un­dings. The large lawn on the property is perfect if you need to get some exercise, and there are even two small football goals, a swing, and a sandpit for the family’s little ones.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If the view inspires you to explore Rømø’s beautiful nature, there are plenty of excursion options within walking distance from the summer house. From the small road, it’s a short distance to Vråby tree plan­ta­tion – including the plan­ta­tion’s dog park – and a hike to the beautiful Sønder­strand beach is de­fi­ni­te­ly recom­men­ded. You can also stroll to Rømø Golf Club or continue on to the Wadden Sea, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Shopping options are available in Havneby, where you can also take the ferry to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt. If you want to get to the mainland of Jutland, you’ll need to get your car out to drive over the 9.2 km long Rømø causeway – however, as a guest in the holiday house, you enjoy free access to the water park at Skærbækcentret.
