This beautiful summer house in Lakolk is stylishly furnished and has a great layout for six people. The view can certainly be described as stunning, as from the living room and terrace you can look straight out at a protected nature area that extends east of the property.

Welcome inside
The summer house looks im­ma­cu­la­te, as it is a new building from 2020, and it's clear that great attention has been paid to detail. The decor is bright and airy with lovely fur­nis­hin­gs and classic summer house touches like the wood stove and white-painted wooden walls. There are also some atypical features: for instance, you will find both a garment steamer and a popcorn machine in the house, so you can avoid walking around in wrinkled clothes and ensure you have tasty snacks when you get hungry. The well-fun­ctio­ning layout includes three good bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed, and there's also a lovely bathroom, a guest toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine. However, the largest room in the summer house is the living room, which has a beautiful open kitchen at one end, while a huge gable window at the other reveals the bre­ath­taking view towards the garden and the adjacent nature area.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you have direct access to a large wooden terrace that extends southeast towards the nature area. The garden furniture com­ple­ments the house well, so outdoor living under the open sky will also be stylish and com­fortab­le. A grill and sun loungers are available, and as a lovely detail, there is an outdoor shower on the property if you want to rinse off saltwater and sand after returning from a swim in the North Sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Lakolk is a wonderful place to vacation. The summer house area is situated in green and peaceful sur­ro­un­dings, and as the name suggests, you have Lakolk Beach nearby. It's just a few hundred meters from the summer house to the ex­cep­tio­nal­ly wide sandy beach, where tourists and locals come to swim, surf, play, and generally enjoy life. Driving on the beach is permitted, but you can also find car-free areas if you prefer a more untouched and tranquil ex­pe­ri­en­ce. If you feel like grabbing a bite to eat after your beach trip, you can stop by Lakolk Shopping Center, which is just a few hundred meters from the summer house. It’s also a great idea to explore more of Rømø – for example, to take a walk in Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, play golf in Havneby, or join a guided oyster tour, where you can get up close with the Wadden Sea.
