Welcome inside
You will have a stylish and com­fortab­le setting for your holiday life, as the summer house was built in 2011 using quality and allergy-friendly materials. It is an energy-efficient house, so even in winter, energy consump­tion is minimal, and there is un­der­floor heating throug­hout the house as well as a built-in wood-burning stove in the living room for those chilly days. Ad­di­tio­nal­ly, it should be noted that the ac­ces­si­bi­li­ty for whe­el­chair users and those with mobility chal­len­ges is good in the summer house. Indoors, you can spread out over 120 m², which includes three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen. All rooms are elegantly decorated with modern interiors, and the muted color tones perfectly match the beautiful natural view revealed through the windows. The large windows ensure a wonderful influx of light, so you can enjoy sunny weather while relaxing in the sofa area or indulging in meals in the lovely kitchen area. As a practical detail, there is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room adjacent to the carport.

Enjoy life outside
A large and lovely terrace area is well in­te­gra­ted with the house, as the many terrace doors make it easy to slip in and out. The terrace wraps around the house, and there are several covered areas if you seek shade or shelter. As an extra­va­gant feature, there is an outdoor shower, and wherever you settle in the garden furniture, the view and relaxing holiday at­mosp­he­re are fantastic. In some places, you can even catch a glimpse of the sea, reminding you of how close you are to the coast and the North Sea.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Waving marram grass, heather, and fragrant rosehip bushes surround the summer house, which is nicely set back from the road on a 1250 m² natural plot. When you feel like getting out into nature, you can follow the paths through the dune landscape down to Lakolk Beach, which stretches just a few hundred meters away. The beautiful beach is a wonderful place for walking, running, playing, and of course swimming in the waves of the North Sea, and there are op­portu­ni­ties to cycle, ride, and drive on the expansive sandy stretches. Con­ve­ni­ent­ly, Lakolk Shopping Center is located nearby, and throug­hout the Wadden Sea island of Rømø, you will find good dining options, fun holiday acti­vi­ties, and stunning nature.
