The 135 m² summer house has a lovely at­mosp­he­re with beautiful, muted color tones, large windows, and acoustic ceilings – and it’s entirely up to you and your loved ones whether you want to relax in the tranquil sur­ro­un­dings or fill the spaces with laughter, play, and happy days. A lovely kitchen is in­te­gra­ted with the living room, which features both a wood stove and a flat-screen TV situated close to the sofa area. There are two bathrooms, and when it’s time to sleep, you have four bedrooms to choose from. One of the rooms is equipped with a nice alcove, providing a total of sleeping spaces for 10 people.

Enjoy life outside
When the weather is warm and summery, it’s certainly tempting to spend most of the day at the beach. However, you can also set aside time to enjoy the holiday life on the summer house's lovely terrace, which extends to the east, south, and west. There’s plenty of room for the whole group – and if you need a quiet moment to yourself, you have ample op­portu­ni­ty to find a sunny spot where you can set up a sun lounger and close your eyes. There is a parasol as well as a covered area if you prefer shade or shelter from dew. Espe­ci­al­ly on those days or evenings when the air is a bit cooler, you can take advantage of the outdoor wellness area: Look forward to relaxing with sauna ex­pe­ri­en­ces and a warm hot tub in the peaceful sur­ro­un­dings.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
From the summer house, you only need to take a very short walk before the de­ve­l­op­ment ends and the dunes spread out to the west. If you follow a path through the open landscape, it's not long before you arrive at the wide Lakolk Beach, where you and your loved ones have plenty of room to run, play, bike, and fly kites – and a dip in the North Sea is, of course, also possible. The summer house is also within a short walking distance to Lakolk Shopping Center if you want to visit a café or treat the family to ice cream. And once your hunger is satisfied, it might be time to take the bike or car to explore the Wadden Sea island of Rømø, from Juvre in the north to Havneby in the south.
