Large cozy summer house in a quiet area close to the beach

The closed road Skrædder­mar­ken near Sønderho is a lovely holiday desti­na­tion for those dreaming of living in beautiful and quiet natural sur­ro­un­dings. The house is located on a closed road very close to Fanø Beach, and it has a cozy at­mosp­he­re and an excellent layout for ten people.

Welcome inside
Thanks to the layout and the many square meters, the house can easily be shared by two families, as there are five bedrooms and two bathrooms available. The cozy and homely decor ensures that it is pleasant to be here, re­gard­less of whether the house is full or not, and espe­ci­al­ly the living area is a lovely place to gather for delicious meals, board games, and re­laxa­tion on the sofa with a movie on the large Smart TV. The living room and kitchen are connected in an open layout, so you can enjoy each other's company even while cooking, and the lovely wood stove from 2022 is ready to provide warmth on those days when it's needed. In one of the bathrooms, you will find a de­light­ful spa bath that can also bring joy on cool days and evenings, and in the bedrooms, you can look forward to a good night's sleep in the com­fortab­le, new beds.

Enjoy life outside
On the nort­hea­stern side of the house, there is a carport with the option to charge an electric car, while a large, enclosed terrace spreads out to the south. Most of the terrace is open, allowing you to bask in the sun and eat lunch under the open sky, but if you want to find shade under the cover, there is also that option. With its 2500 m², the dune plot is won­der­ful­ly spacious, blending beau­ti­ful­ly with the sur­ro­un­ding landscape.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is one of the last on the closed road, and the paths make it easy to walk right out into the open dune landscape. You have a short walk to Fanø's kilometer-long, white sandy beach, which becomes wider and narrower with the tides. When the tide is low, you can go on a guided seal safari, where you walk out to the sandbank Galgerev to see the curious sea animals – and if you want to swim, surf, try beach sailing, or look for amber, there are plenty of op­portu­ni­ties to do so on Fanø.

Please note that you can always borrow high chairs and cribs from Fe­ri­e­part­ner Fanø. Reserve through the booking so that it is ready for you when you arrive at the summer house.
