Welcome inside
The summer house beau­ti­ful­ly fits into the Wadden Sea island's wild landscape with its thatched roof, red brick facade, and fine details above the casement windows. Indoors, you can also feel the in­spira­tion from the classic Rømø houses, as there are Dutch tiles by the kitchen, and the beam con­structions and doors are painted in tra­di­tio­nal rural colors. All of this con­tri­bu­tes to creating a charming setting for your holiday days, which can unfold in the living area where the kitchen and living room are in open con­nection. Here, there is a built-in fireplace and a TV po­si­tio­ned near the sofa area, and on the first floor, you will find an ad­di­tio­nal living room. The house also features three bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and un­der­floor heating.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, it’s at least just as pleasant, as you can enjoy life on a large and sunny wooden terrace that wraps around two sides of the summer house. The natural plot measures a full 2,500 m², providing plenty of distance from the neig­h­bor­ing pro­per­ties, and gnarled pine trees ensure good privacy. If there are children on holiday, they will surely be delighted by the great play fa­ci­li­ties, which include swings, a sandbox, and a goal on the lawn.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The charming summer house is almost at the end of the closed road Ivigtut. To the west, there are no neighbors, but instead a protected natural area that stretches all the way to Lakolk, making the sur­ro­un­dings truly peaceful and scenic. If you want to get some fresh air, it’s lovely to stroll around the small roads in Kongsmark, where you will find Nature Center Tønnisgaard and Rømø’s excellent butcher shop. You can also take a trip out to the Wadden Sea, which has received a pre­sti­gious spot on the UNESCO World Heritage list. If you're in the mood for a swim, it is recom­men­ded to head to the island's west coast, where you can dip into the North Sea at the lovely and child-friendly Lakolk Beach.
