The 134 m² summer house has a well-thought-out layout with two bathrooms, four bedrooms, and ad­di­tio­nal sleeping space in the loft. The living area is centrally located, making it ideal to gather in the living room for board games, movie nights, and delicious dinners at the dining table. You can cook together in the spacious and well-equipped kitchen that is in­te­gra­ted with the living room – perhaps while enjoying a good glass of wine and the warmth from the wood-burning stove. Speaking of warmth, there is both a hot tub and sauna in the largest bathroom if you need to com­ple­te­ly relax, and if you want more activity, you have the option to play table tennis, pool, foosball, and darts in the activity room.

Enjoy life outside
Outdoors, you also have plenty of space for both play and re­laxa­tion on the 2800 m² plot. The terrace is south-facing, making it plea­sant­ly sunny, and it has a covered area if you want to stay out late into the evening. When the stars come out in the sky, it can feel magical to sit in the dark in the hot tub, and there is even a shelter if you feel like spending the night outdoors. During the day, children can frolic freely on the lawn and enjoy all the great play equipment.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Småfolksvej is one of the central roads on Rømø, so it is easy to reach both the east and west coasts if you want to enjoy the view over the Wadden Sea or take a dip at Lakolk Beach. You can also easily get to Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, which has a nature play­gro­und, a dog park, and good hiking trails of various lengths. If you have brought bikes, you can look forward to exploring the island’s small, charming roads – for example, on a trip to Vråby Plan­ta­tion, Sønder­strand, or Havneby. By car, you can quickly cross the Rømø Dam to the mainland, where you, as renters of the summer house, have free access to Skærbæk Swimming Pool.
