Welcome inside
The decor is designed with cozy holiday gat­he­rings in mind, and with 118 m² indoors, the space is ex­cep­tio­nal­ly generous. The kitchen is open to the living room, and the living area has direct access to terraces facing both east and west. The natural light is de­light­ful, and from both the dining area and living room, you can enjoy lovely views of the sky and the green landscape. Light the wood stove when darkness falls, and enjoy the peaceful ex­pe­ri­en­ce of having Rømø's beautiful nature right outside your windows. The house features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, and with both a spa and a sauna, there’s an extra bonus for your wellness ex­pe­ri­en­ce.

Please note that at the end of 2024, the house will undergo a sig­ni­fi­cant update, where the walls and ceilings will be painted, and new furniture will be added in the living room.

Enjoy life outside
The natural plot spans a full 2,500 m², providing excellent con­di­tions for outdoor living. There is plenty of space for ball games, and a swing set is available for playful family members. Holiday days can be enjoyed on the house's terraces, which offer both morning and evening sun. Set the table for a cozy lunch with local spe­ci­al­ties from Rømø, and ex­pe­ri­en­ce the beautiful sky colors as the day comes to a close. From the house, there’s a view of the local church tower, and the plot almost seam­les­s­ly merges into the sur­ro­un­ding natural landscape. For those seeking tranqui­li­ty and nature ex­pe­ri­en­ces, this is a place where you can really slow down and recharge your batteries.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The location on the east side of Rømø offers great op­portu­ni­ties to get close to the island's beautiful and fa­sci­nat­ing nature. From the house, it’s just a short walk to the east coast, where you can gaze out over the Wadden Sea. This unique tidal area is Denmark's largest national park and is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The nearby Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion and the viewpoint Spids­b­jerg are great desti­na­tions for walks, and if you want to swim, you can head to Lakolk or Sønder­strand. Daily shopping can be done in Havneby, where there is also a fis­h­mon­ger – unless you decide to stop by the legendary Rømø butcher in Kongsmark.
