Cozy summer house with lovely terraces and a short distance to Søn­der­strand

With a lovely new bathroom, a bright living room, and three good bedrooms, this charming wooden summer house is perfect for six people. Outside, you can enjoy life on the large nature plot and cozy terraces, and the at­tra­cti­ve address in the southern part of Rømø gives you easy access to Sønder­strand beach, the bird reserve Stormen­ge­ne, and the Wadden Sea.

Welcome inside
The 115 m² large summer house has been con­ti­nuous­ly renovated, most recently in 2022, when an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump was installed. At the same time, the bathroom was both expanded and mo­der­nized, providing you with a light and lovely en­viron­ment for morning showers and brushing your teeth before bedtime. The rest of the house is also decorated in a bright and inviting manner, and espe­ci­al­ly the de­light­ful living room with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen is a wonderful place to gather for good meals, board games, cozy moments by the wood stove, and much more. A large flat-screen TV is in the living room, and there is also free Wi-Fi access if you need en­tertain­ment before falling asleep in the three com­fortab­le bedrooms.

Enjoy life outside
There are terraces on both sides of the house, and with garden doors in the living room as well as in two of the bedrooms, you can quickly step outside to enjoy the sun and summer weather. To the south of the summer house, you can choose between an open terrace and a covered terrace, or you can enjoy the large northwest-facing terrace area, which is a lovely and private place to relax. Here, there is a sandbox for the youngest guests, and part of the terrace is built into the out­bu­il­ding, providing shelter and shade from three sides. In other words, it's a perfect choice when you want to grill and enjoy each other's company late into the evening.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
If you’re looking for more exci­te­ment, you can try kite buggying and blo­kar­ting on the wide sandy beach. For nature lovers and bird ent­hu­si­asts, it’s wonderful to live with the bird reserve Stormen­ge­ne just across the road, and the Wadden Sea, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is just a short walk away. You also have easy access to Rømø’s excellent golf course, and only two ki­lo­me­ters away lies the central square and town center of Havneby, with a su­per­mar­ket, a fish shop and good dining options.
