Lovely summer house on a large natural plot in Kongsmark

Welcome inside
The cozy wooden summer house, measuring 84 m², was renovated in 2021, which is evident in the lovely and spacious kitchen area that makes up one end of the living space. At the other end of the room, there is a sofa, wood-burning stove, and flat-screen TV, creating a setting for plenty of cozy moments in com­fortab­le sur­ro­un­dings. A nice bathroom with a shower and washing machine is also part of the layout, and finally, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two each with two single beds.

Enjoy life outside
You can enjoy the view of the 2600 m² natural plot from inside the summer house, and as you step out onto the terrace, all your senses will be awakened. The air carries the scent of heather and other wild ve­ge­ta­tion while the birds chirp from the treetops, and whether you feel a gentle breeze or the sun's warming rays, it's easy to find a great spot to relax. There are several seating areas to choose from, including a partially covered wooden terrace, and for the children, there are swings and a sandbox.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is situated quite privately on the small Thulevej, centrally located on Rømø. The wildlife is abundant, and the natural sur­ro­un­dings are beautiful here on the island, which lies in the heart of the Wadden Sea, recog­nized as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Depending on the season, you can go on oyster tours, catch shrimp, and swim at Lakolk Beach, and if you enjoy having some speed and wind in your hair, you can try kite buggying and other forms of wind sports at Sønder­strand. If you are on holiday with children, there is a fun forest play­gro­und in Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, which also invites lovely walks – for example, to Spids­b­jerg, Rømø’s highest point.
