Lovely wooden summer house with an annex in scenic Kongsmark

You can look forward to a wonderful vacation here on Godthåbsvej on Rømø. This spacious wooden summer house and its ac­com­pa­nying annex are both cozy and fun­ctio­nal­ly designed, and outside there is plenty of space to enjoy the sunny weather on the terraces.

Welcome inside
This summer house is truly set up for quality indoor time, featuring a neat and well-main­tai­ned wooden facade painted red. All rooms are bright and inviting – even the laundry room and bathroom, the latter of which is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, and even a sauna. There are two bedrooms, along with an ad­di­tio­nal sleeping area in the annex, providing space for a total of six people. Social moments can take place in the lovely living area of the summer house, which consists of an open-plan kitchen and living room. The living room features a fireplace, several com­fortab­le seating options, and a TV with Danish and in­ter­na­tio­nal channels – and if family members have differing pre­fe­ren­ces while flipping through the available programs, there is also a TV in the annex.

Enjoy life outside
The summer house and annex are connected by a large wooden terrace facing southwest. To the southeast of the house, there is another terrace that is partially covered, making it easy to find the perfect spot to relax re­gard­less of the time of day and sun con­di­tions. The property also includes a lawn with space for play and garden games, and the car can be parked in the carport.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The summer house is located in the heart of Kongsmark on Rømø, meaning you have easy access to all the island's delights. If you head west, you'll quickly reach Lakolk Beach, where you can swim in the North Sea and relax on the white sand. If you drive towards the southern end of Rømø, you can stop in Havneby to shop, play golf, or dine out, unless your plan is to board the ferry for a charming day trip to the neig­h­bor­ing island of Sylt. Even closer to Kongsmark awaits Kirkeby Plan­ta­tion, where you can hike and play at the nature play­gro­und or walk through the forest to enjoy the beautiful view over the heath from the top of Spids­b­jerg. Just a few ki­lo­me­ters from the house is Tønnisgård Nature Center, offering a wealth of acti­vi­ties that allow you to learn more about both the island and the Wadden Sea.
