The sum­mer­hou­se is close to the lovely Ajstrup beach, and it is a perfect setting for a holiday for up to 6 people. The house is cosily decorated, giving you the feeling of being in a real Danish sum­mer­hou­se.

The bright living room is the gathering room of the house with fine white wooden ceilings and light-coloured wooden floors. The living room has a dining table and windows that provide plenty of light, as well as a garden door with access to a lovely west-facing tiled terrace. The living room also has a sofa corner with com­fortab­le furniture, so you can relax with a game, read a book or switch on the TV with Danish TV channels and a Chro­mecast. From the living room there is also a door to the garden, so when the weather permits, you can easily open up and bring the cosiness outside.

From the living room and dining area, there is a con­nection to the kitchen, which is a smaller and cosy kitchen with good cooking fa­ci­li­ties such as an oven and hob, fridge and freezer. The kitchen has windows where you can enjoy the view of the green garden. Next to the kitchen is an extension with a dining area and utility room where you can find a dis­hwas­her and washing machine. From here is also access to a south-facing terrace where you can find both sun and shelter.

The house has 2 bright bedrooms with a total of 4 sleeping places and two more sleeping places in the garden annex. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has direct access to the garden. The second bedroom has two good single beds.
The house is heated by a heat pump and solar ven­ti­la­tion, ensuring an en­viron­men­tal­ly friendly energy consump­tion during your holiday.

Outdoor
The sum­mer­hou­se is sur­ro­un­ded by a large and lovely garden with several terraces where you can take your book outside, enjoy a drink on a summer evening or turn on the gas grill. The west-facing terrace with access from the dining area in the living room is a lovely large, tiled terrace with parasol and garden furniture.

In the garden is a sandpit and playhouse for the little ones. There are also hammocks giving you the op­portu­ni­ty to fully relax and enjoy the green sur­ro­un­dings. The garden is enclosed by fences, trees and shrubs, so you can be com­ple­te­ly un­dis­tur­bed here. There is also a cosy annex in the garden with two extra sleeping places.

Location
The sum­mer­hou­se is just 150 metres from one of East Jutland's most beautiful beaches, Ajstrup beach, with clear water and sandy beach. From the sum­mer­hou­se it is easy to walk to the beach and take a dip.

The owner of the house emp­ha­sizes the following ex­pe­ri­en­ces and op­portu­ni­ties in the area:
- 10 minutes’ walk to the forest
- 6 km to Malling with a large su­per­mar­ket
- 4 km away is the charming Norsminde harbour with an inn, brasserie, fish re­stau­rant and ice cream house
- 5 km to Moesgaard Museum ("MOMU")
- 13 km to Odder, which has great shopping op­portu­ni­ties.

In addition, the sum­mer­hou­se and Ajstrup beach are only 17 ki­lo­metres south of Aarhus, making it easy to get here from Jutland's largest city. The location of the house in a beautiful nature and tranquil sum­mer­hou­se area is a good starting point for your holiday on the beautiful coast of East Jutland.
