Welcome to a holiday home with plenty of space for the whole family.

The holiday home is the perfect setting for a cosy and relaxing holiday with family and friends.

The house has 3 good bedrooms, a large kitchen/dining room and a bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine and spa. The sleeping ac­com­moda­tion is divided into one bedroom with double beds, one bedroom with two single beds, one bedroom with a sofa bed + loft with mattress.

The heart and gathering place of the house is de­fi­ni­te­ly the bright kitchen/family room, which is centrally located in the house with plenty of natural light from the windows.

The kitchen has eve­ryt­hing you need in terms of modern fa­ci­li­ties. There is a hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dis­hwas­her and fridge with freezer.

Directly connected to the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of space for everyone, where you can enjoy the day's meals together or gather for board games and so­ci­a­li­sing.

The living room has a cosy sofa group with lovely views of the garden and terrace. There are TV channels in the house with Danish, German, Swedish and Norwegian channels. It is also possible to watch your own TV and streaming services via the house's Chro­mecast and your own mobile phone/tablet.

There is free internet with a speed of 100/100.

The house has un­der­floor heating in the entrance hall, kitchen/dining room and bathroom.
On cool days, you can light up the wood-burning stove and cosy up on the sofa with a good film.

Outdoor
Around the house there are several terraces with nice garden furniture and sun loungers, where it's easy to find a good place to relax and maybe read a good book. The covered part of the terrace has a dining area and is a great place to spend time whatever the weather.

The house has a nice gas grill where you can prepare your meals of the day. In the garden there is plenty of space for the whole family to play freely.

The lovely beach - with a jetty - is only 150 metres from the house. We are sure you will enjoy this beach all year round with long walks, building sandcast­les and swimming.

The location
The Ajstrup Strand area is close to forest, beach and the city of Aarhus, which offers countless op­portu­ni­ties for shopping and cultural ex­pe­ri­en­ces.

The scenic location is not to be over­loo­k­ed either. It is a beautiful area that invites you to a lot of exciting acti­vi­ties.

Close to the house at Norsminde Harbour, you can enjoy life on the harbour, visit Fi­ske­hu­set for a light meal on the quay or dine at the famous Norsminde Kro.

The holiday home is close to Aarhus and the bus runs several times a day. For example, take the bus into Aarhus and enjoy coffee or lunch at Aaen, the creek, in the centre of the city and then take a walk along Strøget or Bruuns Galleri with its many shopping op­portu­ni­ties.

We also recommend a visit to the Aros Art Museum and the Music Hall “Mu­sik­hu­set, located in the city centre.

Only 14 km away is Odder, which offers bowling and mini golf in "Kuglen & Keglen", an indoor swimming pool, golf course, Denmark's largest Kvickly su­per­mar­ket store and shopping op­portu­ni­ties on the town's cosy pe­de­stri­an street.

Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Djurs Som­mer­land, Kattegat Centre and many other major at­tra­ctions are within driving distance from Ajstrup.
