Well-kept holiday house with ocean view at Norsminde Beach

Interior
The holiday house appears bright, friendly, and really cozy. The heart of the holiday house is de­fi­ni­te­ly the bright living room with the beautiful ocean view. The living room is in direct con­nection to the kitchen, so everyone can have a nice time together – also when the meals must be prepared.

The holiday house has three nice bedrooms. Two bedrooms with double beds and a bedroom with a bunk bed for 2 people. So, there is room for 4 adults and 2 children. The house has a hem with a mattress.
In one of the bedrooms there is direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom can also be entered from the entrance of the room. In the utility room there is a combined washer with dryer.

Outdoor
The holiday house is located at a calm area only 100 meters from the beach. This does that there in the holiday house is peace and idyll and a nice op­portu­ni­ty to di­scon­nect from the everyday life.

Nice garden with 3 covered terraces, which can be enjoyed in the morning, noon and evening. Here there is the op­portu­ni­ty for sun and shelter all day long.

Remember to bring the fishing rod, because there are good chances to catch some fish, when you are fishing from the beach in front of the holiday house. If you are lucky, the freshly caught fish can be grilled at the grill of the house. If you are not that lucky you can buy a fishing plate at Norsminde Havn.

There are two bikes available in the house (Fe­ri­e­part­ner does not guarantee the condition of these) and access to the garage, where there is some garden furniture, grill and more.

Location
Norsminde and Kysing are perfectly located in relation to both beach, coast and inlet – and si­mul­ta­neous­ly in relation to Aarhus and Odder. You can not overlook its lovely scenic location. It is a lovely area, which invites to a lot of exciting acti­vi­ties.

Close to the house at Norsminde Havn you can enjoy the life at the harbor, visit Fi­ske­hu­set and get a little light meal to eat on the quay or you can eat at the famous Norsminde Kro.

The holiday house is close to Aarhus and the bus drives from the harbor several time a day. Take for example the bus into Aarhus and enjoy a cup of coffee or the lunch by Aaen in the middle of the city, and af­terwards take a walk at Strøget with the many shopping op­portu­ni­ties.

It can also be recom­men­ded to visit the art museum Aross and Mu­sik­hu­set, which is located in the middle of the city.

Legoland, Givskud Zoo, Djurs Som­mer­land, Kat­te­gat­cen­tret and many other large at­tra­ctions is in driving distance from Norsminde.
