Welcome to an amazing holiday home built in spring 2021. The location and sea view are unique for this house.
The holiday home has good space for the whole family. There are four bedrooms di­stri­bu­ted by three bedrooms with double beds, 2 good single beds and a bed loft with mattres­ses. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a nice bathroom with a shower toilet washing machine and tumble dryer.
The heart of the house is ab­so­lu­te­ly the big kitchen-dining-area, that is connected to the living-room, where you can enjoy the great view from day to night.
The kitchen provides all the things you might need during your vacation, including wine re­fri­ge­ra­tor, dis­hwas­her and Quooker (faucet with boiling water).
The dining-area has the most beautiful setting, and there is space for gat­he­rings throug­hout the daily meals, bo­ard­ga­mes or cozy moments overall.and the living-room has a lovely sofa corner.

One of the bedrooms has the TV of the house. There are no TV-channels in the house, but you can follow your own TV and streaming services by using the Chro­mecast/Apple-TV in the house and your own tablet or smartp­ho­ne.
The WiFi speed is 50/50 MB.

Outdoor
View – View – View! You can sit on the terrace and enjoy life, each other the panorama view and you vacation in a unique en­viron­ment.
There is a wood terrace all around the house. There are multiple garden furniture and sun loungers, that are just waiting for you to be used.
Only 50 meters to a great beach! No excuses for not taking a swim or go for a long walk on the kilometer-long sand beach. After the swim by the beach, you can enjoy a fresh bath in the outdoor shower by the holiday home.

Location
The house is amazingly located, with 180-degree panorama view over the sea. The place Ajstrup Strand is located by the forest, beach and the big city Aarhus. Aarhus offers endless po­s­si­bi­li­ties of shopping and cultural ex­pe­ri­en­ces.
Only 14 km. rom the house, you find Odder, which offers Bowling and minigolf in “Kuglen og Keglen”, swimming pool, golf course, Denmark’s biggest Kvickly and shopping.
Not far away, is Norsminde, which is a nice harbor with re­stau­rants in every price-range. Here you can buy fresh fish, that can be cooked and enjoyed at home on the terrace. Freshly grilled fish on the gas grill of the house and enjoying the mag­ni­fi­cent view.
