Fantastic holiday house with sauna, located close to wonderful sandy beach

This totally fantastic holiday house is located only 450m from a lovely sandy beach. Here you have every po­s­si­bi­li­ty to really spoil your­sel­ves in beautiful sur­ro­un­dings. This is recom­men­ded to those who value high quality and standard far beyond the usual.

Interior

The house contains a lovely reception room, where you can really relax and enjoy cosy times by the wood burner. In open con­nection with the reception room you have a spacious and beautiful kitchen, and here you can help each other prepare a delicious lunch. There are four great bedrooms, loft bed and two nice bathrooms. In con­nection with one of the bathrooms (in the annexe) you find a good sauna. From the reception room you can access the fantastic and very sunny terrace, and here you really feel the very special at­mosp­he­re of summer and sun, while you barbecue, relax and maybe enjoy a nice glass of wine. A deer or two quite often pass through the garden. And do not forget to use the outdoor shower, where you can wash the sand off after a great day on the beach.

Location / the area

The holiday house is located only 450m from the beach that is a fantastic sandy beach. If you like beach life, walks and bicycle trips, this location is perfect. A small excursion to Rørvig only 8km from the house is de­fi­ni­te­ly to be recom­men­ded. Here you can buy fresh fish from the fis­h­mon­ger or enjoy his delicious fish and shellfish buffet, and the children can catch crabs from the jetty. On the pe­de­stri­an street in the market town Nykøbing Sj. you find cafés, re­stau­rants, en­tertain­ment, a theatre and various in­de­pen­dent shops. A visit to some of the many local artists with their workshops and galleries in the harbour area is also a treat that you will remember, when you are back home.
