Lovely spacious house of two storeys only 200m from the beach

Interior
On the ground floor, the house contains a great bedroom with four bunk beds. As well as a spacious and extremely cosy lounge with an open fireplace and heat pump and a nice bathroom with shower. There is also a lovely open and light kitchen with dis­hwas­her, where you can help each other preparing lunch. On the first floor you find the exquisite master bedroom and a nice TV lounge, where its possible to close the door, with a double sofa bed and great light coming in. From the lounge on the ground floor you have access to the huge terrace, which is divided into several sections, so you have every po­s­si­bi­li­ty to enjoy the sun from morning till evening, prepare freshly grilled fish for dinner and watch the deer that are frequent­ly crossing the garden.

Location / the area
The holiday house is located in quiet sur­ro­un­dings only 200m from a great beach. Klint is part of the scenic Geopark Odsherred which is the first UNESCO Geopark in Denmark. Here you find an abundance of exciting at­tra­ctions and fantastic event-routes in the unique landscape. Try f. inst. Klint Hills and build your own stone columns or test your skills in the former limestone quarry. You can also go for a bicycle tour to the passage grave Birkehøj with the longest burial chamber on Zealand. Nykøbing Sj. offers really good shopping op­portu­ni­ties with several in­de­pen­dent shops selling local produce and han­di­craft. Hempel Glass Museum at Anneberg with the workshop Glas­Spi­ren for children or Odsherred Museum with the history of the region is certainly also worth a visit. The children will adore a day in the amusement park Som­mer­land Sjælland which has been elected Denmark’s best activity for children.
