Excellent holiday house close to one of Odsherred’s best sandy beaches

This lovely and newly built holiday house invites to activity and cosiness close to one of the area’s best sandy beaches.

Interior
Lovely reception room with good dining space and po­s­si­bi­li­ties to relax and be together. In con­nection with the reception room there is a cosy bed recess. Play a game of cards or make yourself a café latte and enjoy it while the children are playing on the common adjoining play­gro­und. There are 3 great bedrooms and a nice open kitchen as well as a bathroom with shower. Eve­ryt­hing is light and inviting. From the reception room there is access to a terrace, partly open, partly covered. Here you can enjoy the sun if you do not prefer to bask on the beach close by. NB! There is a po­s­si­bi­li­ty to recharge your electric car by the house.

Location / the area
The holiday house is located in a lovely area with several holiday houses, close to Nord­s­trand, one of Odsherred’s best sandy beaches with great dunes. If you love acti­vi­ties by the sea, this location is perfect. At the harbour in Rørvig with the cosy small ferry berth, only a few minutes’ drive from the house, the children can catch crabs from the jetty while you buy fresh fish at the fis­h­mon­gers. In Nykøbing Sjælland, at the harbour area, you can visit the artists or enjoy the holiday at­mosp­he­re on the pe­de­stri­an street where you also find the local theatre.
