This wonderful holiday home, built in 2011 and ta­ste­ful­ly renovated in 2023, offers a warm and inviting at­mosp­he­re, perfect for large families or groups of friends wanting to create memories together. The house is ideal for 8 adults and two children, and there is also space to bring up to two beloved dogs. Inside, you'll find three cozy bedrooms with double beds, two of which have mezza­ni­nes with extra mattres­ses, ideal for children or the ad­ven­tu­rous.
The house has two bathrooms. The large bathroom is equipped with an indoor spa for two people and a relaxing sauna, both with un­der­floor heating. The smaller bathroom has a shower and un­der­floor heating, ensuring comfort for all. The spacious and cozy living room features a wood stove and a SmartTV, creating the perfect setting for relaxing evenings. In the dining area, you can enjoy meals together, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a fridge/freezer, ceramic cooktops, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and dis­hwas­her.
The activity room is filled with fun and games, including darts, air hockey, table football, and an arcade game machine with 3000 games. There is also a desk if you need some quiet space to work or study, and the entire room has un­der­floor heating. In the annex, you’ll find an extra bedroom with single beds, a private bathroom with a shower and un­der­floor heating, as well as laundry fa­ci­li­ties, including a washing machine and dryer. The house is equipped with an energy-efficient heat pump and un­der­floor heating in all tiled floors, fast fiber-optic internet (1000 Mbps), a stereo system with a CD player, two high chairs, and a child’s chair, ensuring a com­fortab­le and practical stay for the whole family.

Enjoy life outside
The large outdoor oasis, sur­ro­un­ded by nature and tranqui­li­ty, is perfect for re­laxa­tion and play for both children and adults. The over 250 m² fenced wooden terrace creates a private sanctuary where children and dogs can play freely and safely. The terrace is equipped with two dining tables, each with six chairs, com­fortab­le seating areas, four sunbeds, and a hammock. A wonderful outdoor spa for five people and a re­fres­hing outdoor shower make it easy to unwind and fully enjoy the holiday. About 20 m² of the terrace is covered, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living no matter the weather.
The 1620 m² natural plot offers plenty of space for play and adventure, with a play area that includes four towers, a slide, swings, and a sandbox. There are at least four parking spaces and a charging point for electric cars, making it easy to arrive and park without hassle. The holiday home is located about 1100 meters from the beach and only 500 meters from the nearest store, making it easy to pick up daily es­sen­ti­als. By the sea, there is also a cozy kiosk offering ice cream and other treats.
