A de­light­ful holiday home with warm and inviting decor. At the heart of the home, you'll find a spacious living area featuring a brand-new, stylish kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a wood-burning stove, offering views of the beautiful grounds through large windows. It's an alt­o­get­her cozy and relaxing at­mosp­he­re. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, there's plenty of room for two families—without anyone having to queue for the morning shower. Family-friendly amenities include a crib and high chair, un­der­floor heating in the bathrooms, a washing machine, and a tumble dryer. Older children will likely ap­pre­ci­a­te the free wireless internet, perfect for gaming and chatting on their devices. From the dining area, there's direct access to the large pool room, which the kids will no doubt want to explore im­me­di­a­te­ly.

Pool Room:
The pool room is a spacious and de­light­ful area filled with light from large windows. The 16 m² pool invites hours of splashing and playing, while the spa offers a place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. The room also provides access to the large bathroom with a shower and sauna. On warm days, you can open the doors to the terrace.

Enjoy life outside
From the living room, you can step out onto a south-facing, partially enclosed terrace, perfect for barbecues and cozy summer evenings. Nestled in the corner between the house and the pool area, this spot offers both shelter and privacy from passersby. For children, there’s a swing set and plenty of space to play in the dunes.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is just 300 meters from Grønhøj Beach, where you can spend countless hours swimming, wading, and building sandcast­les. Even on a windy day, the North Sea is mes­me­rizing, and there's nothing like the fresh sea breeze. Grønhøj also serves as a great base for exploring the area: Fårup Som­mer­land amusement park is located in Saltum, Blokhus boasts a large sub­tro­pi­cal water park, Løkken offers handmade candy shops, and Lønstrup is home to the migrating sand dune Rubjerg Knude. There’s plenty to choose from—just plan your outings!

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and cribs from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. Simply pick them up at our office and return them once your holiday has come to an end.
