Extremely well-located pool house in the stunning area of Kettrup Bjerge

There are not many houses of this type with a swimming pool that are as well located as this one. It is truly a pleasure to step into the house, where you feel safe and com­fortab­le from the very first moment.

Welcome inside
The holiday home is furnished with a lovely large and well-equipped kitchen-dining area, from which you have a nice overview of both the dining room and the living area. From the center of the house, there is easy access to the 4 bedrooms. Above one of the sleeping areas is a large mezzanine, which you can access via a ladder and which works well as a play­gro­und for the older children. Furt­her­more, there are two bathrooms, one of which is located to the west in con­nection with the pool area. The house’s pool and part of the living room are heated by the oil burner, and since the house also has a wood-burning stove, this is a very energy-efficient holiday home.
From the living room, you have access to the wonderful and fun pool room, where you can splash around in the water or sit in the large spa and watch the sunset over the North Sea, which is only a few hundred meters away. A great space for both adults and children, and the water usage is included in the rent – pool size: L 5.35 x W 3.2 x D 1.3 m.

Enjoy life outside
This house stands out po­si­ti­ve­ly from the crowd with its large, lovely terrace that runs around three sides of the house and is sur­ro­un­ded by the beautiful dune landscape of the area. Here, of course, there are garden furniture and lounge chairs, so you are sure to enjoy the summer life to the fullest.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
The house is located slightly up a slope that runs along the Kettrup Bjerge. This gives it a unique location and a peaceful view, as there are only a few other holiday homes in the area. In this setting, it is espe­ci­al­ly wonderful to watch the sunrise and sunset over the North Sea, and the nature in the area is overall unique, beautiful, and bre­ath­taking.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them to us when your vacation is over.
