Here, you can look forward to spending your days in bright and luxurious sur­ro­un­dings – with table tennis, a fire pit, a sauna, a hot tub, and many other fantastic features.

Welcome inside
The holiday home, built and inau­gu­ra­ted in 2021, is ready to welcome you with packed holiday bags and a need to relax. In other words, you’ll spend your time in newly con­structed and top-notch sur­ro­un­dings, as the quality shines through eve­ryt­hing – from the con­struction to the final interior design. In total, you’ll have 175 m² at your disposal, divided between the main house and the annex. The main house offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the annex features one bedroom and one bathroom, making the layout ideal for ac­com­modat­ing up to 12 guests. Everyone can gather in the large, well-equipped living area with an in­te­gra­ted kitchen, or meet in the activity room of the annex for a tour­na­ment in table tennis, table football, or darts. For a more relaxed moment, enjoy the tranqui­li­ty in the sauna, which overlooks the grounds and offers direct access to the terrace.

Enjoy life outside
In addition to the sauna, there’s also an outdoor shower and a hot tub on the terrace, so you can look forward to a genuine wellness session under the open sky. On the large terrace con­necting the main house and the annex, you’ll find plenty of space to relax and enjoy the summer weather as well as the peace of the 1619 m² plot. Play fa­ci­li­ties provide en­tertain­ment for the children, and as the day winds down, it’s pure magic to gather around the fire pit, designed as a cozy lounge area.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Such a beautiful house deserves a prime location, and you won’t be dis­ap­po­in­ted. The holiday home is situated almost at the end of a cul-de-sac in the quiet and family-friendly sur­ro­un­dings of Grønhøj. Grønhøj is known for its stunning nature and lovely beach, so it’s a good idea to pack hiking boots and swimwear. For playful families, a visit to Fårup Som­mer­land, located about 10 ki­lo­me­ters away, is almost a must. A trip to Løkken or Blokhus is also recom­men­ded if you want to shop, dine out, or simply soak up the seaside holiday at­mosp­he­re.

Remember, you can always borrow wagons, high chairs, and cots from us at Fe­ri­e­part­ner Løkken. You can pick them up directly at the office and return them after your holiday.
