This spacious and well-located pool house is an ideal choice for a large family getaway. Enjoy its inviting pool area or relax in the expansive garden that surrounds the property.

Welcome inside
This 380m² holiday home provides ample space and plenty of op­portu­ni­ties for acti­vi­ties, whether indoors or outdoors, or in the activity room. It’s perfect for several families va­ca­tio­ning together or for ce­le­brat­ing a special occasion or milestone with your loved ones. The house is pra­cti­cal­ly laid out with a central living area and two wings for bedrooms:
Wing 1: Three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a loft with two floor mattres­ses.
Wing 2: Four bedrooms, a bathroom, and a loft with four box mattres­ses.
The living room, complete with a dining area and seating for all guests, features large windows and direct access to the pool area and the covered terrace. The house is equipped with TVs in the living room, bedrooms, and lofts—though please note that all TVs display the same channel as in the living room, including when watching DVDs. Other amenities include a washer and dryer for after your pool ad­ven­tu­res, free Wi-Fi, and a satellite dish. This is a home designed for fun, laughter, and quality time with family and friends.

Pool Area
From the living room, step into the pool area, where you’ll find a 22m² swimming pool complete with a slide that’s sure to delight the kids. Adults can unwind in the inviting hot tub while keeping an eye on the children, or relax in the sauna or steam bath. A separate bathroom and toilet are also located in the pool area.

Activity Room
The activity room, accessed from the terrace, offers endless en­tertain­ment. Compete in a game of pool or use the con­ver­tib­le tabletop for table tennis. The room also features air hockey and darts, ensuring there’s always something to do, even on a rainy day.

Enjoy life outside
The house is set on a spacious 2,800m² lawn sur­ro­un­ded by trees and shrubs, creating a private oasis away from neig­h­bor­ing homes. The large grassy areas provide plenty of space for games and sports, while the play­gro­und with a sandbox, swings, and a playhouse is sure to keep younger guests happy. The terrace wraps around much of the house, offering both sunny spots and a covered section for shade or cozy evening re­laxa­tion. The covered area is perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee after a day of fun. A large parking area in front of the house provides ample space for multiple cars.

Get up close to the local at­tra­ctions
Nr. Lyngby is perfectly situated between the charming seaside towns of Løkken and Lønstrup, giving you easy access to some of North Jutland’s top at­tra­ctions. Visit hi­sto­ri­cal landmarks like Børglum Abbey or explore Rubjerg Knude, Family Farm Fun Park, and the Bol­che­ri­et candy factory in Løkken. A trip to Fårup Som­mer­land in Saltum is also a must for families.
Just 700 meters away, you’ll find the North Sea and the beach at Nr. Lyngby. Here, you can swim, build sandcast­les, or marvel at the bunkers and dramatic coastal cliffs that line the shoreline.
